The Origin Story
I built Booked Out while proving it works.
My name is Nick Keene. I spent 15 years buying and building great service businesses. Over that time, one thing became impossible to ignore: the difference between a great company at the top of Google and a great company buried on page 2 was worth millions of dollars a year in new customers. Same quality work. Same crew. Completely different growth trajectories, because one business was visible and the other wasn't.
The standard agency playbook is: take any client you can get, run the same playbook for everyone, charge monthly retainers, and hope nobody asks hard questions about results. I've watched businesses spend $2,000/month on marketing that drove exactly zero new customers.
That's the problem Booked Out was built to solve.
When I started Booked Out, I made a decision that most agencies would call crazy: I picked one industry and went all-in. Landscaping and outdoor living. Specifically, the 3- to 20-person owner-operated companies that do exceptional work but can't figure out why Google keeps sending their customers to someone else.

Before I sent a single cold email or pitched a single prospect, I built getbookedout.co itself as a proof of concept. I wrote the blog posts, optimized the site for local marketing keywords, and tracked every ranking move. When landscaping business owners find Booked Out by searching "marketing for landscaping companies" on Google, that's the proof working. I'm not selling a theory. I'm showing you the result.
I still manage every client account myself. No account managers. No hand-offs. When you email nick@getbookedout.co, I read it. When your Google listing gets a new review, I respond. When your ranking moves, I see it. That's the deal, and it's one I intend to keep as long as the work is excellent.
